Auxiliary machines for prestressing
We have the additional machinery for the manufacture of prestressed products.
In the manufacture of prestressed elements, we propose a series of machines that, although not all of them are necessary, but that give us the advantage of carrying out the work efficiently. The proposed machines are: tensioning machines, draft headers, relaxation cylinders. and its hydraulic power plant. Machine pushes braids. Dynamometer. Wedges. Machine for cleaning wedges. Machine to unlock wedges.
Tensioning machines
In 1988 we developed the first tensioning machine, since then and aware of the evident importance of correctly carrying out the tensioning work, we continue to have great concern for improving our equipment, with the sole objective of being 100% sure that the work have been successful. In addition, we can obtain the results of the tensioning works at the time they are carried out, verify them from the technical office and give the consent for the product's concrete mixer with full knowledge that the tensioning of the cables has been carried out correctly. Our latest developed machine enters the Industry 4.0 program.
Shooting headers, relaxation cylinders and their hydraulic power station
Shooting headers are responsible for supporting the total tension applied to the track or mold to make the prestressed products. Manufactured according to the needs of each product to be manufactured, they are designed in the monoblock format. This constructive system allows greater comfort of use, without downtime in changing the height of the products. The relaxation cylinders are of our manufacture and we have a wide range of measures to cover all production needs.
Machine pushes braids
This machine allows us to cut the panels automatically both longitudinally and crosswise. There is an optional implementation for cuts made at the angles required by the work.
Dynamometer
To control the tension that is applied to the cables or braids, we have the dynamometer. This instrument allows us to measure the tension directly on the tensioning lance, to detect if the tensioning unit is correctly tensioned; measure the load of the cables when tightening the cables or braids; and lastly, the last possibility of reading is to leave the dynamometer on the track, in order to control possible pressure drops. In addition, we can offer the service of review and certification of the equipment they have in their facilities.
Wedges, Wedge Cleaning and Unlock Wedges
The systems for fixing the cables and the tension braids are carried out by means of the wedges that support the tension of the cables and braids, supported by the draft headers. Since the wedges bear all the tension, it is necessary to use a specific anti-seize for this type of work. We have equipment to separate the wedges from the barrels / wedge holders so that they do not have to be hit and to preserve the material without damaging it. To preserve the wedges, they are cleaned with the ultrasound machine. Finally, we propose an electro-hydraulic shear to cut the braids quickly, easily and cleanly.
Concrete transport.
For the concreting of the molds, the concreting hoppers are proposed with various transport systems from the concreting plant to the molds themselves.
Transport and elevation of manufactured products.
We have different systems for transporting products from the manufacturing area to the product storage area. As well as rocker arms for lifting manufactured products.
