The projection of molds for the manufacture of prestressed linear precasts is offered.
The manufacture of these molds is completely personalized; designed and projected to adapt to the productive specifications, both geometric and required stresses. We can adapt the functionality of the molds to different automatisms according to the degree that the client requires. There are several factors that determine how the molds should be projected, among them; productivity, operability within factories, the level of automation, and finally the degree of investment. For this reason, and with the aim of offering the most efficient product to our customers, we can choose one of the two production alternatives: Prestressed molds for specific products Universal tracks for prestressed products Hydraulic molds for universal tracks
Prestressed molds for specific products
This type of mold gives us the great advantage of being the system with the highest production. With great ease to open and close the mold, it allows us to mix the tracks every day. Manufactured for specific product geometries, they can allow small modifications of the same, in thicknesses and heights of the finished product, for example.
Universal tracks for prestressed products
The universal tracks have the advantage of being able to manufacture elements very different from each other geometrically. For example we can manufacture beams of the type, "L", "T", "I", beams type "Ypsilon", gutter beams, beams type "Delta", etc ... Having the base mold, or universal track, we can couple it different mold walls to manufacture the different geometries. In addition, it allows to easily adapt to the width required by the product. And even, it allows the same product to be manufactured with different thicknesses in a simple way. For example, the "Delta" or "I" type beams, we can vary the width of the core, obtaining different benefits from the product in the same mold. As additional equipment, you can choose a hydraulic system for fixing the torques to the universal track.
