Setting control

We propose total control of temperature and humidity from aggregate hoppers to the setting of any product.

The advantages of controlling the entire production process are many: Better quality of the final product. Reduction of efflorescence on the surface. Greater resistance of the product in less time. Quality and constant color of the final product. Savings of up to 10% in cement, but also in additives and pigments.Allows more production hours per day.

Thermal radiation system

This system is used in tracks and molds predisposed with a closed circuit that through radiation transfers thermal energy to the product. The cooled water returns to the generator creating the closed heating circuit.

Moisturizer system.

This system creates a very humid atmosphere, such as natural fog. The water is atomized by means of special nozzles to achieve the required humidity of the concrete products. With the help of high performance fans, the mist is evenly distributed in all areas of the setting chambers.

Aggregate heating system.

Having the aggregates at a controlled temperature allows on the one hand to be able to produce with ambient temperatures below 0º, but also, together with the control of the water temperature, we can advance the setting of the manufactured products.
