Our turning machines are the most versatile machines used to manufacture concrete products. Available in 8 series models, but we also design and manufacture any modification necessary to meet the requirements of each of our clients.

We have the largest number of production solutions for the manufacture of vibro-pressed products. From simple 2-block-per-cycle manufacturing machines to state-of-the-art machines with 18 blocks per cycle. The productivity of these machines is between 10 and 20 seconds per cycle.

We offer solutions adapted to each of our clients' needs, designing the necessary solutions and providing all our experience. Integrating the entire installation in the Industry 4.0 program.

Automatic machines for the manufacture of circular, ovoid or flat base pipes; with or without reinforcing armor; simple, medium-thickness or bell pipe connection with rubber gasket. Machines for the production of frames (box culvert) and large diameter pipe. Machines for the production of Inca tubes.

For the production of linear prestressed elements, we design and manufacture any type of molds tailored to the geometry and loads requested. Proposing hydraulic molds for a typology of products, or universal tracks for products of diverse typology.

For the manufacture of alveolar plates, or plates for closing, we can choose Vibro-Forming machines, or Extruders. For elements such as joists, bridge beams, inter-deck plates, lintels, vine poles, solid panels, etc. The Vibro-Forming machine capable of producing 1 meter high elements is necessary.

To make the prestressed products, we have additional equipment such as: Tensioning Machine; Shooting headboards; Hydraulic power plants and cylinders; Machines Pushes Braids; Wedge cleaning machines; Wedges; Shear for cutting cables and braids; Precast transportation system; and Concrete distribution systems.

We have at your disposal the lifting systems that are required by the client, the most widely used being bolts and threaded bushings. In addition we also have the joints between pillars and panels with omega guides and crossbows or brackets. In this connection system we have developed a system specially indicated in seismic zones that allows the sliding joints of the elements.

All kinds of molds for precast concrete / concrete are manufactured, under the designs of our clients. The most common are the tables / benches to prefabricate closing panels, but elements such as booths, electrical transformation centers, water tanks, etc. can be manufactured.

We manufacture all kinds of molds for all the fixed or mobile presses on the market. We offer molds in two different types of qualities, depending on the production needs, the aggregates of the area where you have to work, and the durability required of the mold. The basic mold with special 52 Rockwell steel (in the C scale), and the mold made with a more ductile material to be heat treated and achieve a wear resistance of 66 Rockwell (in the C scale).

Molds for the production of precast concrete / concrete for the imitation of different types of stones, woods, and bricks. Manufactured in different types of materials, depending on the appearance of the material you want to reproduce. These molds can be manufactured manually, that is, filling the molds on a vibrating table to let them cure until the next day. But you can also automate production with mold filling and transport systems for curing, and even product de-molding and palletizing.

Specially adapted to collect material from the floor of the track, handle it and stack it. But also to take the production to the warehouse, and to load the trucks. Having the possibility to choose between: mechanical grippers, where the precast is transported taking advantage of the product's own weight to close the gripper; or hydraulic clamps, with which we take advantage of the hydraulic pump of the forklift to close and press the precast to lift and transport them.

For the perfect control of the curing of the precast concrete / concrete we can introduce in the central manufacturing processes of heat and / or water spraying, depending on the product to be cured and the area where the products are cured. The advantages of these systems, is the optimization of the production of the precast.

The implementation of cement or aerated concrete in concrete prefabrication makes it possible to take advantage of the great advantages that this type of material provides: - Acoustic insulation. - Thermal isolation. - Breathable - Fireproof. - Very low water absorption.
