We design and build our concreting plants according to the production needs, and the peculiarities of the land where the production plant will be installed. We control the entire production process, from the start of the design, from our technical office, the automation that is integrated in digitization of the company, Industry 4.0. down to the last mechanical detail in the installation.
Humidity control.
Our constant concern to offer our clients the right products to put them in the best conditions on the market, and to provide them with the maximum efficiencies in the processes, has led us to develop and propose an exceptional humidity control system for mixtures. system consists of management software that monitors a series of parameters in real time, with the result of having a constant plasticity of the worked mixtures. This system, unique in the market, provides us with the great advantage of much higher reliability than the systems of probes inside the mixers, and the control of the parameters directly without having to wait for response times that lengthen the cycles and decrease the production capacity of the plant.
Concrete mixers.
We have different types of solutions in the mixing part. All our mixers are manufactured with the ability to adapt to old installations, in the case of renovations, or to adapt to facilitate the entry of raw materials. Available with lung solutions for aggregates in the case of tape loading, but also with accessories such as: sample collector; automatic washing of the mixer; automatic greasing installation; blades and arms covered with polyurethane; and for planetary mixers; 200 rpm stirrer; additional arm to reduce discharge time. The typology of our mixers is: Planetary mixer. Double horizontal axis mixer. Double horizontal axis mixer with lateral entrance to adapt it to old "Readymix" installations. Horizontal axis mixer. Horizontal axis mixer with lateral entrance to adapt it to old installations. "Readymix". Continuous mixer.
Concrete transport
To facilitate work in precast companies, we have systems for the transport of concrete that can be integrated into existing installations, and allow the distribution of concrete from the concreting plant to the different consumption points automatically and autonomously.
Recycled Concrete.
For concrete debris and debris created after machine cleaning, we can clean aggregates for reuse. In addition, part of the water used can be recovered in future mixtures automatically. the rest can be treated by a filter press.
