We have several series of machines, depending on the characteristics and the quantity of the tubes that have to be produced, so we offer you our three series of machines with the following characteristics: • Mach 1 Series They are machines for the production of tubes with a design of highly simplified machine, which provides advantageous qualities in relation to the reduction of maintenance operations and breakdowns. The production variety starts in the 300 mm tubes. up to 1,200 mm. diameter. Although there is a superior model to manufacture concrete pipes up to 1,600 mm. diameter. Regarding the height of the tubes, this type of machine manufactures a maximum height of 2,500 mm. and it can be implemented to combine the manufacture of products of different heights. This series of machines, allows the manufacture of a tube in each work cycle, and they start with functional technology, which allows us to offer optimum product quality for any market world. In addition, it is possible to implement the benefits of the machine to make it more efficient and comfortable to maintain. • Pro Series: This series of machines is equipped with the latest technology for the most efficient production on the market. You can manufacture up to three tubes per duty cycle, depending on their diameters. Precisely, to allow the production of different diameters, the molds are fed with independent tapes each equipped with independent level probes. It allows the possibility of implementing the machine with a base ring feeder, to guarantee the times of the production cycle, and at the same time relieving the worker of efforts. To optimize the changes of molds, the hydraulic fixing of the molds is allowed. This series has three machine models differentiated by the characteristics of the tubes to be produced: ◦ Pro 1: For the production of tubes from 200 mm. up to 1,600 mm. diameter. Being able to manufacture up to three tubes with diameters of 200 mm. up to 500 mm. equal or combined between them. Two tubes with a diameter of 600 mm. up to 800 mm. equal or combined between them. And one tube for each cycle for the rest of the diameters. With a maximum tube height of 1,500 mm. ◦ Pro 2: For the production of tubes from 300 mm. up to 1,200 mm. diameter. Being able to manufacture up to two tubes with diameters of 300 mm. up to 600 mm., the same or combined between them. And one tube for each cycle for the rest of the diameters. With a maximum tube height of 2,500 mm. ◦ Pro 3: For the production of tubes from 300 mm. up to 1,600 mm. diameter. Being able to manufacture up to three tubes with diameters of 300 mm. up to 500 mm. equal or combined between them. Two tubes with a diameter of 600 mm. up to 800 mm. equal or combined between them. And one tube for each cycle for the rest of the diameters. With a maximum tube height of 2,500 mm. • GiDiVi Series: This series of machines is used to manufacture frames (Box culvert) and large concrete pipes. Available with a single or double production station, it can manufacture frames up to 3,000 x 3,500 mm. and tubes with a diameter of 3,500 mm., equipment can be designed and built to manufacture larger dimensions according to the needs of our clients. The standard manufacturing height of this equipment is 3,000 mm.
