For concrete finishes that require the completion of asleep or wet cast concrete.
The production of precast concrete made from sleeping concrete, also known as, delayed mold release, or its more international term, wet cast; gives products an excellent surface finish face. This cannot be achieved with any immediate release machine. This technique is used for both decorative products, usually small in size; As products of large dimensions, this type of finish is required. For both alternatives, we have molds that adapt to the requested geometries and textures. Also offering automation systems for industrialized production.
Decorative concrete
The products considered as decorative concrete are those products of small size, of which we can find tiles, pieces for swimming pools, wall coverings, small beams, and all kinds of decorative elements, which in turn can fulfill other types of functions. All of them can have a smooth or imitation wood, stone or any other finish with which the mold has been manufactured.
Large pieces.
In some markets, there are large pieces in which the surface finish that the sleeping concrete / wet cast gives us is required. For these needs, we can supply the molds with the required geometries, and the automation of the production plants.
